The Silver Falls Dermatology Clinic project is an example of a remodel project giving new life to a 25-year old medical office building. The building was well maintained but had not been updated since it was constructed. Originally built for three separate medical practices, purchase of the building by a single user required the interior space plan to be completely reorganized to function efficiently. Design goals included reuse of as many of the original rooms as possible and to maintain use of the building during the remodel process. The resulting finished product provides the look and feel of a new building within a mature landscaped setting and a building style that fits the neighborhood as well today as it did when it was constructed.
