Retail tenant space remodels come in all sizes. The Ashley Furniture project illustrates a complete interior renovation of a "big box" department store at the Gateway Mall in Springfield, Oregon. Ashley Furniture’s needs included demolition of the interior space back to bare studs. With Ashley Furniture’s concept drawings of their display venues, finish materials, and color schedules. The Deffenbaugh team took the project at that point, providing field measurements, venue detailing, permit documents, and construction phase consulting.
