Designed as a prototype building for the credit union, Oregon Community Credit Union’s new building features striking design elements in combination with traditional wood and contemporary exterior finishes. Energy efficient window glazing allows large amounts of natural light into the interior providing good visibility and energy savings. The exterior of the building has clean horizontal, vertical, and angled planes. The interior picks up the exterior theme but is balanced with a curved soffit over the teller row. A greater degree of natural wood finishes and warm colors softens the interior feel.
