Built in 2003, as a state of art food production facility for multiple types of tortillas and chips. The building is designed for highly efficient work flow, rail and truck raw material delivery, efficient product staging/shipping, tall vertical height for product storage. A pre-engineered steel building roof system allows for long spans without columns to work around in both the production area and finish warehouse. Concrete tilt-up wall panels provide a low maintenance interior and exterior finish. Corporate offices are integrated within the perimeter of the building envelop which allows for the continuation of the roof line, and provides flexibility within the building for future modifications.
