Over the past 30 years as principal of a small architectural firm, Lonny Deffenbaugh has designed and overseen more than 950 projects in the Northwest. Lonny's strengths in program development, space planning, and site planning have provided a strong foundation for guiding the firm. In conjunction with a "client-centered design" philosophy, he has maintained a loyal client and project reference base.

Lonny's knowledge of construction and construction trades has been an integral component of the firm's reputation for the integration of building systems and appropriate detailing. Leading a small firm requires a strong knowledge base of all aspects of business as well as the architectural field. This knowledge base provides a shared understanding and relationship with the concerns of clients in the broader context of business as it relates to project requirements.

Since joining Deffenbaugh & Associates in 1995, Randall Rieks has been responsible for managing a variety of projects across Oregon and Washington. He has worked on a wide range of building types. From large-scale, retail, office, educational and industrial facilities. Randall is also responsible for providing IT/CAD-BIM management for the office.

Randall has demonstrated high integrity, honesty, and reliability throughout his career managing all aspects of the project. His broad experience in all aspects of project management of the design, construction and contract administration phases has proven invaluable to Deffenbaugh & Associates.
